1. Watch weekly 1-hour video session

In these highly engaging sessions, Shirzad Chamine, Founder of PQ© guides you through experiential exercises that deepen and personalize your understanding of the mental fitness tools.

2. Attend weekly group coaching session

Our support group (Pod) meets every Monday. You’ll have accountability partners in your other Pod members who will help you keep on track with the program. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.

3. Practice 15 min. everyday on exclusive Mobile App

Each day a different focus for daily practice is assigned to help you build one small muscle at a time, laying down new neural pathways to form lasting positive habits of your mind. These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.

Vimari Roman will personally facilitate each of the accountability group meetings and will be available to you at all times to answer questions.

Shirzad Chamine, author of Positive Intelligence, will conduct each of the weekly video sessions. Shirzad will also participate daily in the exclusive online community of the program participants to answer questions, provide coaching, and cheer you on.

How much time and effort is required?

You’d be committing to watching a 1-hour video once per week and doing a combined total of 15 minutes per day of practice guided by the Positive Intelligence app exclusively designed for this program. In addition, you’ll have a weekly accountability group meeting that will last no more than an hour.
