Throughout her coaching career, she has supported professionals across industries including hospitality, healthcare, finance, retail, advertising and public relations, food and beverage, law, education, nonprofit, agriculture and manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, sales and marketing, operations, supply chain, and technology.
Her approach is shaped by a career that spans multiple professional lenses. Before becoming a coach, Vimari spent more than 22 years in hospitality leadership, earned her Certified Meeting Manager (CMM) designation, and founded Be Productive Meetings & Events before expanding her entrepreneurial work into executive and career coaching. Today, she brings together leadership experience, career strategy, Positive Intelligence, professional branding, facilitation, and human behavior to help both individuals and organizations create meaningful change.
That intersection of leadership, coaching, hospitality, and human behavior also led Vimari to create the Beyond the Agenda H.E.A.R.T. Framework™, a behavior-driven approach that helps meeting professionals and organizational leaders move beyond logistics to create more intentional, engaging, and human-centered experiences.

A Brief History
My Journey
My journey to coaching wasn’t about walking away from a successful career—it was about allowing it to evolve.
After more than 22 years in hospitality leadership, I reached a point where I realized I had outgrown the career that had served me so well. On paper, everything looked successful, but I knew I was being called to something more meaningful. Like many of my clients today, I found myself at a crossroads, wondering how to transition into a new chapter that aligned with who I was becoming.
That season of reflection led me to earn my Certified Meeting Manager (CMM) designation and launch my first business, Be Productive Meetings & Events. The business grew quickly, but I continued asking a deeper question:
“How can I use my gifts to make the greatest impact?”
The answer became clearer after investing in my own personal growth through coaching and attending Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within. Those experiences reinforced what had always energized me most—not simply leading projects, but developing people, helping them see new possibilities, and empowering them to move forward with clarity and confidence.
In 2014, I earned my Global Certificate in Leadership Coaching and joined the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Since then, I have had the privilege of coaching hundreds of professionals and leaders through career transitions, leadership growth, and some of the most important decisions of their lives.
Today, my work brings together every chapter of my journey—hospitality leadership, meeting management, entrepreneurship, executive coaching, Positive Intelligence, facilitation, and speaking. I believe our strengths are God-given gifts, and when we learn to use those gifts with intention, our work becomes more than a career—it becomes part of our purpose.
That same belief inspired me to create the Beyond the Agenda H.E.A.R.T. Framework™, a behavior-driven framework that helps organizations, meeting professionals, and leaders create experiences where people feel they belong, build meaningful connections, contribute with confidence, discover new possibilities, and leave believing their time truly mattered.
Whether I’m coaching an executive, facilitating a leadership workshop, or delivering a keynote, my mission remains the same: to help people lead with greater clarity, confidence, purpose, and joy so they can make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
