The Positive Intelligence (PQ) Foundation Bootcamp includes 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training in a robust evidence-based program that enables teams to maximize performance and well-being.

Leadership Executive Team/Entire Team starts with the fundamentals flagship app-guided PQ program facilitated by Vimari Roman as your Certified PQ Coach and Pod Leader. This includes:

  • 1:1 PQ Assessment one hour review with each participant
  • 6-weekly 1-hour video sessions and a weekly accountability Zoom POD meeting
  • Daily app-guided focus and challenges
  • The audio version of NYT bestselling Positive Intelligence book
  • Week 7 “PQ Powered Sustained Growth” facilitated leadership session
  • Sustained Engagement: Mental fitness, similar to physical fitness, gets to be an ongoing commitment.

For three months the app platform will enable continuing growth for your team through ongoing Modules that use the operating system in a variety of personal and professional, individual, and team applications.

How is PQ different from EQ?

Positive Intelligence represents a breakthrough in your ability to raise Emotional Intelligence (EQ) across your organization. What is the major difference between PQ and other personal and professional development trainings?

Lasting, positive change requires 20% insight and 80% mental muscle. Most training programs provide insight only, and as such, change is not sustainable. Application of learnings wanes over time as people return to old habits that are soft coded in their brain. How will my team be able to measure their individual progress?

The individuals will feel motivated through instant feedback via the mobile app on exactly how much progress they are making towards building the 3 core muscles of mental fitness. We also have a PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient, or Positivity Quotient for short) Score assessment that measures the relative strength of your positive versus negative mental muscles. Each team member can take the PQ Score assessment at the beginning of the program to discover how often their mind is serving them versus sabotaging them and then take it again at the end of the program to measure the difference. Lastly, brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks.
