Is High-Performance Coaching right for you?

High-Performance Coaching also known as Executive Coaching and Leadership Coaching is a partnership. It works if you are willing to listen, open to new perspectives, and ready to devote time and energy to making change happen.

What is the High-Performance Coaching experience?

High-Performance Coaching is done over the phone or via Zoom. An initial interview defines specific short-term and long-term goals. We’ll assess where you are and where you want to be. Then, we’ll determine what is keeping you from achieving your goals so you can pursue the results you desire. High-Performance Coaching programs are customized to your individual needs.

What is the major difference between PQ and other personal and professional development training?

Lasting, positive change requires 20% insight and 80% mental muscle. Most training programs provide insight only, so change is not sustainable. Application of learnings wanes over time as people return to old habits that are soft-coded in their brains. The PQ program focuses on building muscle, not just insight, and thus creates a new operating system in your brain that allows for sustainable personal and professional development.

How is PQ different than EQ?

Positive Intelligence represents a breakthrough in your ability to raise Emotional Intelligence (EQ) across your organization. The main challenges until now have been the existence of too many EQ competencies (18) and that initial improvements quickly fade over time. Is your coaching program good for teams?

Absolutely! The PQ Program builds resilience, optimism, and empathy in teams — not through theory or insight, but by building mental muscle that increases performance, overall team happiness, and feelings of general well-being. Even though the program focuses on individual development, team leaders often call this experience the best team-building experience they have ever had. How long does it take?

We recommend that you work with a coach for a minimum of six months to one year. This will ensure you build a trusting relationship and have time to work through any limiting beliefs or inner blocks that may be holding you back. All programs start with a complimentary 30-minute strategy session where you identify hurdles, set challenging goals, and choose the program that is best for you.

Is coaching therapy?
